Proposal Lifecycle
Submission
Curator submits proposal with description and parameters. Requires 100,000 $DOOR staked.
Discussion (3 days)
Community reviews and provides feedback. Minor amendments possible.
Voting (4 days)
Members cast TWAB-weighted votes. Long-term stakers have more influence than recent stakers.
Resolution
Requires 10% TWAB quorum and 60% approval to pass.
Execution (24h delay)
Timelock begins. Guardian veto window. Then automatic execution.

TWAB-Weighted Voting
Voting power is based on your TWAB (Time-Weighted Average Balance), not just raw stake. This prevents vote manipulation by last-minute staking. Long-term stakers naturally have more influence.

Governance Status
Governance Launching Phase 2
